Summary

This data set includes axial CT images through the thorax in adult patients with near-normal scans, along with segmentations of thoracic arterial system (including thoracic aorta, branch vessels of aortic arch, and central pulmonary arteries) (T-AS), thoracic esophagus (T-Es), mediastinum (Med), lungs (BLg), left lung (LLg), right lung (RLg), pericardial region (including heart, epicardial fat, and pericardium) (PC), respiratory system (including lungs, trachea, and bronchi) (RS), thoracic spinal cord (T-SC), stomach (portion in thoracic body region) (Stmch),trachea and bronchi (TB), thoracic skeleton (TSk), thoracic skin surface (TSkn), thoracic venous system (including brachiocephalic veins, superior vena cava, suprahepatic inferior vena cava, and azygos vein) (T-VS).
