Body-wide disease quantification

In this project, our goal is automatic disease quantification from whole-body PET/CT images. Again, AAR will be the image analysis engine used to localize major organs, body regions, and lymph node stations. After object localization, disease burden as indicated by PET alone or jointly with CT will be quantified within the object.
